In today’s rapidly changing world, maintaining stability in our relationships can be a real challenge. But few things matter more to the well-being of us all than the trust and commitment at the heart of marriage. Many people, not exclusively church-goers, feel that it is appropriate to have a church wedding. Until a few years ago, only parishioners resident in the village, or regular worshippers from elsewhere, could be married in church, but now the regulations allow people with a clear family connection to the parish to be married in their parish church. If you would like talk about a church wedding here, we are delighted to help. Please contact the parish priest, well in advance of the planned date, so that the necessary arrangements can be made. |
