Services are back in church at St Mary's

We continue our moves back towards a 'new normal', with regular services at St Mary's, subject of course to COVID-19 guidance. The times and details of services are set out in the 'Worship' pages of the web site. You can navigate directly to the current list of services by following THIS LINK

COVID Safety in Church - latest

Following the Government changes to COVID-19 advice from 19th July, people coming into church for Sunday services are still asked to sanitise their hands, wear a face covering and observe social distancing. While this will continue to reduce the number of places where the congregation can be seated, it will no longer be necessary to book a place in advance.

Singing in church

Members of the congregation are invited to sing, but face coverings must remain in place during the singing.

The future:

The COVID-19 precautions will continue to be under review, depending on Government advice and the progress of the pandemic - which sadly is still not over.
